After much deliberation about where to go for our vacation – Washington/Oregon, Montana/Wyoming, or even Cabo San Lucas, we decided to fly to Washington to see the Olympic National Park, Victoria and Columbia River Gorge. This best fitted our 7-day trip. We visited many interesting places, some in the middle of a rain forest, others in the Capitol building of a state, yet some in a royal museum.
